- Is to establish dynamic port service agency for vessels calling the ports of Maldives
- Is to establish reliable freight and logistics services for import and export sector of the country
- Is to establish a scheduled supply routes throughout the atolls for local transportation and logistics services

- Is to create a standard for safety, safe manning and operations of all seagoing vessels operating in the Maldives

- Maldives to reach the high demand in shipping, namely in port operations and storage, liaison, repair and maintenance's
- Maximum use of Maldivian ports and terminals operations to a major hub in the Indian Ocean
- Maldives as a major hub in freight and logistics
- Maldivian seafarers to be competent on every aspect of services of their specialties
- Maldives economy independent to fulfill the country's needs by production rather than depending on one major sector
- Maldives GDP increase to a level where various consumer products would be produced for export

Recognitions and Accomplishments
- 2002 first engagement in port and husbanding services for the Royal Australian Navy
- 2002 appointed as the affiliate member of the Wright Maritime Group, U.S.A.
- 2003 appointed as the port partner of the C-MAP, U.S.A.
- 2004 drafted the regulation for developments and operations of marinas in the Maldives - Appointed by Ministy of Tourism
- 2005 appointed as the preferred partner of the first marina built in the Maldives

Developments
- 2005 Established a local network within the Atolls of Maldives
- 2005 Extended office and services at Kulhudhufushi Regional Port (North of Maldives) at the newly opened port in December 2005
- 2006 Extension of office and services at Hithadhoo Regional Port (South of Maldives) newly opened port in December 2005
